The major product is a thin, compact, and densified printed wiring board, used for the digital devices such as computers, etc. SMM has prepared a product lineup that accommodates every need of our customers which includes double-sided/multilayer printed wiring boards as well as ones for the field of semiconductor packaging, a typical example being P-CSP.
As for production, SMM makes a thorough ongoing effort to apply an in-line policy through the integrated production of all processes, realizing high quality and low cost.
