SMM provides the service of solder plating for IC lead frames. SMM especially focuses on Pb-free soldering. SMM has prepared four equipment units for Pb-free soldering and has realized stable Sn-Bi/Sn-Ag soldering.
In addition, SMM has introduced a closed system for water treatment ahead of schedule for environmentally-conscious manufacturing.
