Overview

Electromagnetic Materials
Overview
SMM produces high performance electromagnetic materials by utilizing the vacuum dissolution and precision processing techniques. The highly magnetically permeable material, Permalloy, the main components of which are iron and nickel, is excellent in its aspects of workability such as in punching, drawing, and cutting. It has been widely used in various magnetic shields and cores for transformers. Pure nickel exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in various corrosive atmospheres and possesses high heat conductivity and electrical conductivity. SMM analytical technology is highly evaluated as a quality evaluation technology in various fields, and contributes to the realization of high quality in electromagnetic materials.
