Overview
Humans have had an involvement with gold for 6000 years. Gold has always fascinated humans as a symbol of wealth and power due to its scarcity. Even today, only 1,900 to 2,000 tons of gold is produced per year throughout the entire world. With its Hishikari Mine that boasts gold of the world's highest grade, SMM has been placed on the London Good Delivery List by the London Bullion Market Association, which is considered to be a world authority. SMM's gold ingot is approved as one of the world's top class brands.

Silver ingot

Overview
Silver has high thermal-conductivity, ductility, and malleability and low electric resistance. Due to these properties, it attracts more attention as an industrial material than it does in the jewelry field. 190,000 tons of silver is produced each year in the free world. Mexico, Peru, and the United States are the principal countries of production. Japan is one of the major silver consuming countries, with the demand being 3,000 tons per year. Silver is mainly applied in fields for which high quality is required, such as photo-sensitive materials. SMM is on the "London Good Delivery List" as a smelter approved by the London Bullion Market Association, with its silver recognized not only as a world-class material, but as a material that well satisfies domestic demand, which requires high quality.
Quality characteristics
Contains a low amount of impurities and is stable.
Applications
  1. Photo-sensitive materials
  2. Electrical contact materials
  3. Silver solder
  4. Plating
  5. ilverware, jewelry
  6. Dental material, others

Drops of Gold, Silver, And Copper

Drops of Gold, Silver, and Copper
Overview
A long time ago, while casting ore in the Mabuki smelting furnace from a copper mine, it was noticed that molten metal naturally hardens and is shaped into tasteful shapes. Because of their endless variety of forms, which reminded some of a mountain in which a hermit dwells and others of a spiritual atmosphere of golden stalagmites, these drops were much prized as something that brings riches. SMM has succeeded in reproducing them in drops of gold, silver, and copper, which are tasteful ornaments.
Applications
Ornaments for gifts
