Overview
Rolled copper foil is more flexible than electrolytic copper foil, and has stable mechanical properties under high temperature conditions. It is an optimal material for high density mounting of electronic devices. Using our excellent metal rolling technology, we provide rolled copper foils that can meet our customers' requirements for fine patterning, which is important for high density mounting circuits, and high quality rolled copper foils that are 1) thin in thickness (0.007 mmt), are 2) high-precision, and 3) have good flatness.

Overview
Copper and copper brass strips are materials with superior electrical properties, thermal conductivity, and mechanical properties. Additionally, excellent workability, such as bendability or spinnability, can be given to them by controlling the manufacturing conditions, and they can be molded into complicated shapes by means of press work, etc. They can be applied to a broad range of purposes as industrial materials.
We have developed brass strips with even better bendability by controlling crystal sizes and deliver these as products (product names: FB-3, FB-1). These brass strips are effective for improving design freedom during parts processing, such as press layout. We are also promoting the production of large sized coils, and a product coil with 12 kg/mm coil weight per 1 mm width, without welding, is available. This is optimal for improving productivity in high-speed press lines, etc.

Tin Plated Copper & Brass Strips
Overview
Copper and brass strips are tin plated and reflow-processed to improve their properties such as solderability, electric connectivity, and corrosion resistivity. These are highly reliable materials that were reflow processed after being tin-plated to prevent the generation of tin whiskers, which used to be a weakness of tin plating. Their press workability does not change after tin plating and they can be formed into complicated product shapes.
We provide materials with superior appearance properties by using slitting machines exclusive to tin-plating materials.
