Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd. (SMM) expresses our heartfelt sympathy to those who have suffered losses from the earthquakes and tsunami that took place off the coast of Santa Cruz Island in Solomon Islands on 6 February 2013.

SMM has provided a donation to the Solomon Islands National Disaster Management Office to support relief and recovery efforts in the affected areas.

We wish the earliest possible restoration of the devastated areas.
