Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd. (SMM) expresses our heartfelt sympathy to those who have suffered losses from the mass flooding that took place in a part of Solomon Islands including Honiara on 1st April 2014.

SMM has provided a donation to the Solomon Islands National Disaster Management Office to support relief and recovery efforts in the affected areas.

We wish the earliest possible restoration of the devastated areas.
