Maximizing the value of human capital to improve the productivity of the entire organization and create added value is crucial.

Our company’s paid leave for childcare purposes can be taken for up to nine days. Employees may use this leave to accompany their spouse during hospitalization and childbirth. In addition, they can take a consecutive seven-day leave either starting from the spouse’s discharge from the hospital or from the day the couple returns home after the spouse has given birth at her hometown
