Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan; President & Representative Director: Akira Nozaki) and Canadian gold mining company IAMGOLD Corporation (Head Office: Toronto, Canada; President & CEO : Gordon Stothart), our partner in the Cote Gold Project in Ontario, Canada, have confirmed the discovery of significant gold mineralization through an exploration drilling program on the Gosselin zone (see news release dated January 22, 2021), and are reporting the results of an Initial mineral resource estimate at the area.
